Withdrawal from the contract

If you are a so-called privileged buyer, which means:

A) a consumer

or

B) an individual for whom the contract you have concluded with us is directly related to your business activity, but does not have a professional nature for you

- you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal to us, e.g., via an email message sent to: info[at]3dmiracles.eu.

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract that includes multiple goods that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from taking possession of the last item, batch or part.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration.

Return the returned goods to us promptly at: Inpost Paczkomat: WRO27N, but no later than within 14 days from the day on which you withdrew from the contract.

We will refund the payments you have made without delay on the terms specified in the Shop Regulations, but no later than within 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract.

If we have not offered to collect the goods from you ourselves - we may withhold the refund of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of their return - whichever occurs first.

Please remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to you, among others, in relation to a contract:

  • in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to your specification or serving to satisfy your individualized needs;
  • in which the subject of the service is an item subject to rapid spoilage or having a short shelf life;
  • in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or for hygienic reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;
  • in which the subject of the service is sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery.

Complaints

The following information applies to the so-called privileged buyer. If you are not one, please refer to our shop rules for detailed information on complaints.

In case we improperly fulfill the contract concluded with you, you have the right to lodge a complaint - preferably by email to: info@3dmiracles.eu or by post to the address Inpost Paczkomat: WRO27N.

In general, we are liable for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, existing at the time of delivery and disclosed within two years from this time.

Based on the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, you may in such a case demand:

a) the exchange of goods

or

b) the repair of the goods.

In some cases, you may also:

a) withdraw from the contract

or

b) lodge a statement for a price reduction
