General provisions
These Terms set out the rules for using the online shop at 3dmiracles.eu, including how orders are placed, how distance sales contracts are concluded and performed, and how withdrawal from a contract and the complaints procedure work.
The Seller sells under unregistered activity (działalność nierejestrowana) within the meaning of the Polish Entrepreneurs Law and is therefore not entered in the Central Register of Business Activity (CEIDG). This does not limit your rights: in dealings with consumers the Seller is treated as an entrepreneur, and every right described in these Terms — in particular the right of withdrawal and the rights arising from a lack of conformity of the Product with the contract — applies to you in full. The identifying and contact details of the Seller are given in the "Seller details" section above and in the "Contacting the Seller" section below.
These Terms are continuously available on the shop website free of charge, in a form that allows them to be retrieved, reproduced and stored, including printing and saving to disk.
Contracts in the shop are concluded in Polish. Prices are shown in Polish zloty (PLN). The price shown next to a product is the final price — the only amount added to it is the delivery cost, which is shown before you place your order.
Definitions
In these Terms, the following terms have the following meaning:
- Seller — Mariia Lytvynova, address: Romana Dmowskiego 19B, 50-203 Wrocław, selling under unregistered activity;
- Shop — the online shop available at 3dmiracles.eu;
- Customer — any party making a purchase in the Shop;
- Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person entering into a legal transaction with the Seller that is not directly connected with their business or professional activity;
- Privileged buyer — a Consumer, or a natural person entering into a contract directly connected with their business activity where the contract is clearly not of a professional nature for that person;
- Product — a movable item presented in the Shop, including a Product made to the individual order of a Customer;
- Order — a declaration of intent by a Customer leading directly to the conclusion of a sales contract with the Seller;
- Business days — Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland;
- Terms — these terms and conditions.
Contacting the Seller
You can contact the Seller by email at info@3dmiracles.eu, through the form on the "Contact" page, or in writing at Romana Dmowskiego 19B, 50-203 Wrocław.
Product returns and correspondence regarding complaints should be sent to: Inpost Paczkomat: WRO27N.
The Seller replies to Customer messages on Business days, no later than 14 days from receipt, and without delay for matters concerning orders currently being fulfilled.
Technical requirements
To use the Shop you need a device with internet access and a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, as well as an active and correctly configured email account.
Placing an Order does not require registering an account. A Customer may, however, create an account in order to access their Order history.
Placing an Order and concluding the contract
Information about Products presented in the Shop does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract.
To place an Order, the Customer adds the chosen Products to the basket, selects a delivery and payment method, provides the data needed to fulfil the Order, and confirms the Order using the button marked as a binding obligation to pay.
Before confirming the Order, the Customer sees the total price of the Products, the cost of the chosen delivery method and the total amount payable. Placing an Order involves no costs other than those shown in the Order summary.
The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the Order by email to the address given by the Customer.
If an Order cannot be fulfilled, in particular because a Product is unavailable, the Seller informs the Customer without delay and refunds the full amount received.
Some Products are made to the individual order of the Customer. This affects the fulfilment time and the right of withdrawal, to the extent described in the "Withdrawal from the contract" section.
Payments
Payments in the Shop are handled by the payment provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The Seller does not gain access to the full payment card details of the Customer.
The available payment methods are Visa and Mastercard payment cards, BLIK, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The current list is shown in the Order summary and on the "Payment methods" page.
The Customer is required to pay within 3 Business days of the contract being concluded. If payment is not made within that period, the Seller may cancel the Order.
The delivery cost is stated separately and added to the price of the Products in the Order summary.
The Seller charges no additional fees for using any particular payment method and no subscription fees. A single payment for the Order is the only amount the Customer owes the Seller — the Shop does not sell on a subscription basis.
At the request of the Customer, the Seller issues proof of purchase and sends it electronically. The request can be made when placing the Order or later, by email to info@3dmiracles.eu.
Order fulfilment and delivery
Products are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Poland and to selected European Union countries. Delivery availability for a given country is verified while the Order is being placed.
Delivery is carried out by InPost (parcel lockers and courier), DHL and Orlen Paczka. The cost of each delivery method is shown before the Order is placed.
The fulfilment time covers both preparing the Product and delivering it. Paid Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 Business days; Products made to individual order are prepared within the time stated on the page of that Product.
Detailed information about delivery costs and times is available on the "Delivery time and cost" page, and information about preparation time on the "Order processing time" page.
The Seller hands the Product over to the Customer no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed a different date.
Withdrawal from the contract
A privileged buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason and without bearing any costs other than those set out below.
The fourteen-day period begins when the privileged buyer, or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier, takes possession of the Product; for a contract covering multiple Products delivered separately, in batches or in parts, it begins on taking possession of the last Product, batch or part.
To withdraw from the contract it is enough to send the Seller a statement of withdrawal, for example by email to info@3dmiracles.eu. Sending the statement before the deadline expires is sufficient to meet it.
The returned Product should be sent back without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal, to: Inpost Paczkomat: WRO27N.
The direct cost of returning the Product is borne by the privileged buyer.
The Seller refunds all payments received, including the delivery cost up to the amount of the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered in the Shop, without delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the statement of withdrawal. The refund is made using the same payment method the Customer used, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to a different method that involves no cost for them.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product has been received back, or until the Customer has provided proof of sending it back — whichever happens first — unless the Seller has offered to collect the Product.
The privileged buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from using it beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
The right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply, among others, to a contract:
- where the subject of the performance is a non-prefabricated item, produced to the specification of the Customer or serving to meet their individualised needs;
- where the subject of the performance is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life;
- where the subject of the performance is an item delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned once opened for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery;
- where the subject of the performance is a sound or visual recording or computer software delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging was opened after delivery.
Complaints
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the Product with the contract that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of that moment.
A complaint can be submitted by email to info@3dmiracles.eu or in writing to Inpost Paczkomat: WRO27N. It helps to describe how the Product does not conform to the contract and to state the outcome you expect.
Where a Product does not conform to the contract, the Customer may request its repair or replacement.
If repair or replacement is impossible or would involve excessive cost, and in the other cases set out in the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the Customer may make a declaration of price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
The Seller considers the complaint and informs the Customer of the outcome within 14 days of receiving it.
The Seller delivers the repaired or replaced Product to the Customer at the expense of the Seller.
The rights described in this section belong to the privileged buyer. The liability of the Seller towards other Customers is governed by the warranty provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
A Consumer may use out-of-court means of handling complaints and pursuing claims. In particular, a Consumer may:
- apply to the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection to open mediation proceedings;
- apply to the permanent arbitration court attached to the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection to settle the dispute;
- use the free assistance of a district or municipal consumer ombudsman, or of a social organisation whose statutory tasks include consumer protection.
Detailed information about out-of-court dispute resolution is available from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: https://www.uokik.gov.pl.
Using out-of-court means of handling complaints is voluntary and possible only with the agreement of both parties to the dispute.
Personal data
The controller of the personal data of Customers is the Seller. How personal data and cookies are processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to place an Order and conclude a sales contract.
Final provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular a change in the law, a change in payment or delivery methods, or a change in the scope of the services provided.
Orders placed before amended Terms come into force are fulfilled on the basis of the Terms in force on the day the Order was placed.
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the rights a Consumer has under mandatory provisions of law. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version of these Terms prevails.
These Terms are effective from August 19, 2026.
